Delivery of member packs have now commenced. Packs will be sent to the address listed on the individual account.
Members with a registered email will receive notification when the pack is on its way. The email will include your Account ID and link to the online pack tracker so you can check on its progress.
From the date you receive the email confirming your pack is on its way, pack delivery from our fulfilment provider is approximately 2 weeks.
If you require a gift certificate, please contact the Membership Team with the name(s) of the members requiring a gift certificate and your address.
We encourage all members to join by mid January before the season starts to avoid Chinese New Year delivery delays.
